Refund & Cancellation Policy (Digital Downloads)

1) Digital access and cancellations

Because our products are delivered digitally, access may be provided immediately after checkout. In cases where immediate access is provided, cancellation rights may not apply once digital delivery begins.

2) Faulty or inaccessible files

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed as delivered, we will take reasonable steps to:

• restore access, or
• provide a working replacement where possible.

3) Refund requests

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

• duplicate purchase of the same product
• delivery failure that cannot be resolved
• faulty digital content that cannot be replaced

To request support, you must provide:

• the order reference (if available)
• the product name
• a clear description of the issue
• screenshots where relevant
